The 52,000 sq.ft. facility is founded in 1977 and strategically located near the CKS International Airport in the city of Tao-Yuan, Taiwan. A fully staffed R&D center was added in 1994. It was accredited with ISO9002 in 1997 and ISO9001 in 2000.

The 175,000 sq.ft. facility was founded in 2008 and located near Shanghai, in the Xiangcheng Town Economic Developing Zone, Suzhou, China. Newstar Mold Technology, a well-equipped mold developing center, was annexed in 2011 to provide mold design (2D&3D), CAM, runner analysis, and CNC processing capabilities among others.
